Culture is the driver of your organization's success. What if you could make it tangible? The Barrett Values Assessment offers you a deep-dive into your cultural health. It's the starting point to assess and build your culture. We find out what your colleagues truly care about and identify the strong assets already present in your culture. We analyze gaps between current and desired culture and map your company's blind spots. Finally, we give you insight in where cultural entropy (= inefficiencies, conflict, frustration) resides. We interpret the results in dialogue with several focus groups. .From here, we co-sketch a list of priorities and make a program plan to improve.

In a thriving and aligned organization, business goals are better achieved and people work together with joy and impact. We assist you to transform to such an organization, with culture building as our starting point. Culture is the collective behavior in your organization. Organizations don't just transform, people do. And it starts with leadership. Leaders are the main ambassadors of your culture. (Cultural) transformation programs are often a combination of strong leadership development, training and gathering a (growing) number of ambassadors’ and co-creating symbols and rituals together. As a next step, your culture is fully anchored in your organization by 1) translating your cultural values to effective ways of working and 2) connecting all your employee journey touchpoints to your cultural values. We help you to navigate these steps through our Embodied Change approach.
EXPERIMENTS
Playing with Effective Ways of Working
Creating a thriving organization, is accelerated through aligning your ways of working (i.e. how does your team collaborate?). In essence, ways of working are a concrete translation of your cultural values to meeting structures, team arrangements, rituals and agreed roles and responsibilities. It's about translating the intangible (mindset, purpose, values) to the tangible (process, structure, strategy, goals). We help you to transform your ways of working via small experiments and iterations for fast learning and improvement. We usually start with 2-5 teams in different parts of the organizations that can be considered 'early adaptors'.

LISA DE SCHEPPER (FOUNDER) is a pioneer in shaping the future of work. She worked for various companies as a transformation consultant and changemaker. - where she developed a unique vision to create impactful workplaces. As Head of Culture & Transformation at Sunweb Group, she led the organization's transformation towards an inclusive & agile culture, with modern leadership styles and effective work practices. In 2023 she founded House of Wonderment where she partners with leaders and founders on the people side of organizational transformations and coaches teams and individuals on collaboration, energy management and (creative) impact. She speaks about leadership, the future of work and life, transformation and the power of visualization.
